Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 8 PM PST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders within the continental U.S.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations due to carrier limitations. Additionally, some items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
